Context in Surah Al-Qamar

Nearby ayahs help place verse 54:20 in sequence and meaning.

'Aad denied; and how [severe] were My punishment and warning.

Indeed, We sent upon them a screaming wind on a day of continuous misfortune,

And how [severe] were My punishment and warning.

And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?
