إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ

إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ
Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement,

By the sky which returns [rain]
وَٱلْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ ٱلصَّدْعِ

إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا
